Admittedly, I am not a huge breakfast person as soon as I wake up. But, as a busy mom, I need easy and high-protein breakfast ideas that will keep me full so I can start the day effectively.
This is why I started making protein coffees! So easy, delicious, and can give me around 50 grams of protein to start my day.

I start by making two shots of espresso. I combine that with my favorite high-quality protein from Equip Foods in a shaker and shake it up well. This is a great time to add some Celtic salt or cinnamon, if that's your thing. Once mixed well, I pour it over some ice and top it off with my favorite vanilla protein shake from Premier Protein.
